Fastlane Paint & Body has earned a reputation for its exceptional attention to detail, outstanding customer service and environmentally friendly processes. The company’s clients include many celebrities and captains of industry and repairs have also been carried out on several vehicles for the British Royal Household and other Royals around the globe.
The company was established in 2004 in St Albans, Hertfordshire by Alex Andrea and his business partner Peter Weil. Alex has 33 years of experience in the vehicle repair industry and has worked with Porsche Cars AG and Porsche GB running and owning their bodyshop facility at Porsche GB, then known as AFN Porsche, and Lamborghini.
Fastlane Paint & Body also includes a department named Fastlane Classics which specialises in carrying out restorations on early classic vehicles. One such recent project involved an Aston Martin DB5. The model is famous worldwide for being the most recognised James Bond car, first appearing in the film Goldfinger in 1964.
Alex explains,
“This stunning car dating from the mid-60s had its body rebuilt by Bell Classics and arrived at Fastlane on a rolling chassis. The bodywork was then finished to exacting standard as it was when originally built. The body was then prepared and painted to highest standard.”
Fastlane has already expanded its operations to Ascot, Berkshire and Guildford, Surrey and will shortly open a state-of-the-art facility in North London.
