Aston Martin’s New Vantage Roadster

Top-down Approach

Aston Martin’s new Vantage Roadster may very well be the main attraction for car enthusiasts, with its innovative technical concept and sheer driving pleasure. The open-top two-seater features an uncompromising design and beautiful engineering, from its ZF automatic transmission and Adaptive Damping System to its acceleration speed, which goes from 0-60mph in just 3.7 seconds. Careful development of structural shear panels and chassis components ensure the Vantage Roadster retains a strong dynamic ability and sporting character.

Other elements that you will simply coo over include its dynamic stability control, dynamic torque vectoring and electronic rear differential, bespoke tune for the rear dampers and ESP calibration. The tautly tailored fabric hood features a compact powered Z-fold mechanism that ensures rapid operation (lowered in 6.7 or raised in 6.8 seconds at speeds of up to 50kmh/31mph). Customisation options are always a bonus, and to celebrate the 70th Anniversary of the Vantage nameplate, Aston Martin is introducing the company’s iconic ‘vane’ grille.

In classic Aston Martin style, the interior of the car is adorned in leather, some parts pierced, quilted, stitched or brogued. You will also be intrigued by the use of wood, metal and composite trim and a squared-off steering wheel, so it’s safe to say that you will not only be impressed by its driving performance, but you will also love the feeling of being enveloped in a sea of luxe detailing, too.
