Bremont H-4 Hercules

Established in 2002, the Bremont brand is inspired by aviation, with each piece having a classic personal touch.

In the case of the Bremont H-4 Hercules watch, it pays homage to the 1940s Hughes-era aircraft boat, known as the ‘Spruce Goose’. Renowned as the largest plane in the world at that time, it was intended to be used during World War II, but sadly was not completed in time.

Limited to just 300 stainless steel, 75 rose gold and 75 platinum pieces, the H-4 is a micro-engineering work of art. The 25 jewel Bremont BWC/02 movement is based on the original proprietary automatic BWC/01 calibre built in partnership with movement house, La Joux Perret. It has an automatic winding rotor incorporating some original birchwood veneer that was used to make the ‘Spruce Goose’. Original aileron fabric from the aircraft’s control surfaces can be found sewn into the bridle leather watch packaging, making it a fantastic piece to own.
