Bristol Cars Limited Unveils Its First Model Since the Company Was Rescued From Insolvency by New Owners Five Years Ago

Hand-made in Chichester, the new Bullet is an elegant and refined speedster which draws on the best of British innovation, engineering and heritage. Just 70 Bullets will be manufactured to mark the 70th anniversary of Bristol Cars with their wings, front grill and bonnet all providing visual clues to the company’s roots as an aeroplane manufacturer. Much like the newest aircraft, the body of the Bullet is manufactured from bespoke carbon fibre composites to achieve high strength, rigidity and a low weight. The Bullet has a powerful V8 ‘Hercules’ engine which can go from 0-62 mph in 3.8 seconds and reach a top speed of 155 mph. The 4.8 litre power plant, named after the legendary Bristol Hercules 14-cylinder, 1300hp radial engine, has been manufactured by BMW and finished by Bristol. Its exquisite interior features sports seating contoured for support and comfort over long distances and hand trimmed in the finest British hides. A multi-touch screen embedded into the dashboard provides digital radio, smartphone connectivity and both Bluetooth and WiFi connections for 21st century convenience. Approximately £250,000
