This car is as happy on a track as it is off-road. With 575 bhp and 0-60mph in 4.3 seconds, it is a supercharged 4×4, with race track performance. The 2018 face lift version has enhanced the masculinity of the SVR with new front spoilers and vents in the bonnet. Changes to lights and exhaust also provide an aggressive yet sleek styling and road presence.
JLR has significantly improved the interior with a quality and feel previously not experienced in a Range Rover. The seats are sporty and stylish, and the dashboard has clean lines with the central focus being a split screen monitor that is easy to use and responsive.
Bizarrely at over £110,000 it represents great value in comparison to its performance rivals, the Bentley Bentayga, Mercedes G-Wagon and the Lamborghini Urus, at nearly half the price. However, the real big win here is the ability to experience relatively discreet,
unnoticed driving despite the high number of Range Rover Sports on the road.
