Elicyon’s Palm Jumeirah penthouse is a generous family home conceived as a private retreat high above the city. The design is intrinsically connected to its setting, drawing on sweeping views across the skyline and coastline from.
Light, scale and proportion are carefully orchestrated to frame the shifting atmosphere throughout the day, while floor-to-ceiling glazing dissolves the boundary between inside and out, allowing sea, sky and city to form part of everyday life.
Designed from shell, the penthouse was tailored to the client’s desire for a home that feels luxurious yet effortless. Materials and finishes were selected for their longevity and comfort as much as their visual impact, resulting in interiors that are refined without sacrificing practicality. The spatial planning supports both togetherness and retreat: dedicated areas for children to play and gather sit alongside quieter zones for rest, study and privacy, ensuring the home adapts to the rhythms of family life.

A defining feature is the spa and treatment room, inspired by traditional hammams. Arched niches, Moroccan lanterns and hand-beaten brass details are layered with softly textured stone and warm, diffused lighting to create a serene, restorative atmosphere. Here, the pace slows and daily routines take on a sense of ritual.

Accouter was commissioned to furnish a show apartment within Atlantis The Royal Residences, one of Dubai’s most recognisable addresses.
Created to appeal to well-travelled international buyers, the apartment mirrors the elegance of its setting, with thoughtful detailing informed by its coastal location and the luxury lifestyle the development embodies.
Referencing the soft turquoise tones of the water below, the scheme makes a restrained nod to the surrounding seascape, balancing subtle colour with texture and form. Bespoke shell-inspired headboards sit alongside finely beaded textile artworks,
Hand-selected lighting and sculptural furniture pieces, creating interiors that feel calm, layered and meticulously made. Every material and finish was chosen to reflect both durability and refinement, ensuring the apartment resonates with sophistication without feeling overdone.

The interiors focus on a calm, tactile atmosphere, with bespoke joinery, carefully chosen materials and gently sculpted forms that complement the building’s bold architecture and expansive views, allowing the dramatic setting to become part of everyday life.
Custom furniture, richly textured wall finishes and a considered lighting scheme allow the apartment to transition naturally from day to evening, creating spaces that feel layered, intimate and thoughtfully composed. Developed in close collaboration with the client, the home feels cohesive, quietly confident and perfectly attuned to the lifestyle of its residents, balancing shared family areas with private retreats.
