Leptos Group has announced that construction at Limassol’s Blu Marine in Cyprus is progressing well, with approximately 25% of the structural frameworks of the scheme now complete.
Located in the centre of Limassol, Blu Marine has now hit a number of exciting construction milestones. Set across four striking individual towers – three to accommodate luxury residential apartments and high-end facilities, and the fourth dedicated to office space, the development will feature breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea, private balconies, 24-hour concierge and luxury amenities. The first tower is on course for completion in 2022.
