It features a passive lock system, which allows the bench to lock into the rear stringer of the company’s racks for maximum stability. The multi-function bench slots smoothly into the York Bench Stringer which is included with the York Barbell Half Rack and the Collegiate Rack and as a separate attachment for the Power Rack.
The self-standing half rack’s simple design, clean lines and space saving footprint is a contradiction to its multi-functionality.
