Barbecue brand MegaMaster has launched a traditional South African-style ‘braai’ open flame model in a state-of-the-art style for outdoor eating this summer. Robust and self-contained, the MegaMaster comes free-standing or can be built-in to complete any garden or patio space. Its double doors open out to a large worktop space showing a large grill at the centre of the oven. Flame-grilled meats and slow-cooked stews are easy to prepare with the wide range of accessories including woks, grids and ‘potjies’ – authentic South African-style cast-iron pots. The MegaMaster also includes a large chimney and extensive log storage space to enhance outdoor space whilst adding an element of the Southern Hemisphere to alfresco dining.
