Space 1 expands to Emaar Square with tech-enabled, fully serviced offices

Space 1 is an international network of fully serviced office spaces, designed to accommodate and adapt to the needs of growing medium and large businesses. The company operates in both Russia and the UAE. The Space 1 portfolio spans over 57,500m2, offering more than 8,000 workstations across Moscow and Dubai.

The latest addition to Space 1’s Dubai portfolio is a 2,500m2 project in Emaar Square, located in one of the city’s key business districts, directly opposite the Burj Khalifa. The new offices, situated on the third floor of Emaar Square Building 3, feature 300 workstations across various private office suites ranging from 170 to 260m2.

As with all Space 1 locations, the new site follows the company’s established model, with fully serviced offices included in the lease.

Emaar Square Building 3 is a Grade A business centre developed by EMAAR, located in Downtown Dubai. The building offers convenient access to major landmarks and highways, including Sheikh Zayed Road (SZR). The Dubai Mall Metro Station is within walking distance via an air-conditioned skybridge, and Dubai Mall, the world’s largest shopping centre, is just five minutes away.

To support everyday operations, Space 1 Emaar Square incorporates modern technology through a dedicated mobile app, allowing tenants to access their office, request guest passes and parking, and book meeting rooms with a single tap.
