Formerly a 1960’s Swiss designed office, this is Barcelona’s first super-prime residential building. Its 600m² show apartment has been jointly designed by Brazilian architect Marcio Kogan and co-founder of Squircle Capital – the investment and developer behind FM10 – José Caireta.

Located on the third floor of the building, the residence has been totally reimagined and offers a glimpse of what future residents can expect. Comprising four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a 55m² kitchen and a 250m² living room, the completed apartment features floor-to-ceiling windows offering beautiful views of the city below.
