Created entirely out of natural clay plaster, Rammed Earth is a new wall finish from Cornwall based Clayworks. This impressive addition to the company’s artisan range of pigmented plasters is inspired by Australian Indigenous artwork. A graduated finish is particularly stunning and features sunset shades of orange, reds and terracotta. However, the Rammed Earth effect can be completed in any colour palette, with upcoming projects including blends of lichen greens and neutral grey tones.
Handcrafted and available in bespoke palettes and with different textured options, the Rammed Earth finish makes an authentic and natural focal point in an interior whether large or small. Subtle blends of pigmented colours can be used or more distinct linear stripes can be incorporated for a bold contemporary look.
