The Ollivier Saveo Butterfly watch was inspired by the vision of a butterfly on a cherry blossom. The award-winning watchmaker studied over 30 different butterflies before selecting the Sea Green Swallowtail, to immortalise in its design.
The multi-coloured wings are represented by crimped sapphires, diamonds and other precious stones. Rubies are used for the cherry blossoms, while the minimalist watch face is inlaid with mother of pearl. This work of art takes two months to complete and uses a fine Swiss Quartz movement but is also available with a Swiss mechanical movement.
