A study doubles up as a ninth bedroom with a double pullout sofa bed. Lift access from the car porch enables elderly relatives to access the entire house with ease and also makes luggage delivery effortless. The grounds include a magnificent 26m² private swimming pool with a deep section as well as a shallow children’s area and is surrounded by fabulous views. There is also a tennis court as part of the estate’s leisure facilities. A sunny outside dining terrace seating up to eight people is ideal for alfresco entertaining; tables currently in storage can accommodate up to a further 36 diners on the pool-side terrace.

A dedicated generator gives immunity from any island power cuts. Ideally located, the estate is just 10 minutes from the airport and within walking distance of the beautiful Choeng Mon Beach. A mere 15-minute drive reaches both Chaweng Beach with its shops and nightlife and Bophut Fisherman’s Village and its vibrant restaurants.
