Verdura’s Cabochon Emerald Brooch, Previously Owned by Mary de Rothschild

Hancocks, a 170 year-old estate jewellery emporium in the Burlington Arcade, has over its long existence been (a temporary) home to some of the most exquisite creations from most of the important jewellery houses of the world. This amazing cabochon emerald bead brooch with white diamonds by Verdura was created in the 1950s and belonged to Mary de Rothschild, a huge collector and friend of Fulco di Verdura.
