Custom made creations from a long-established Italian design house
Founded in 1988, Italy-based Promemoria make luxury furnishings. Personally directed by Romeo Sozzi, founder, cabinet maker and designer; he is the creative spirit of the brand. The company’s roots lie in a tradition of cabinet-making spanning four generations of the Sozzi family. Each piece of Promemoria furniture is made by hand, often made to measure and to a limited edition.
Creations are exported all over the world and over the years the company has become a reference point in luxury and design circles. Alongside the collections and collaborations Promemoria develops custom-made furnishings. Each creation is born from the dreams, desires and requirements of the individual client. Listening to their story, the creative team captures that essence, and enriches it. Thus custom made furniture is created with all the Promemoria elegance, but is even more precious because of the exclusivity of each piece. One example is this bespoke table, almost five meters long and made from mahogany, the fish bone inlay of which was inspired by the deck of the classic 1909 Tuiga yacht.
